Think Global, Go Global: Executive Training 2026–2027

International professionals increasingly need expertise beyond a single discipline. Lawyers require commercial insight, while business leaders must understand the legal and regulatory risks of operating across borders.

Building on a strong record of collaboration with leading universities and institutions worldwide, BE-NEXEL and HCLA will launch a new series of executive courses and workshops from September 2026 under the Think Global, Go Global (TGG) programme.

Designed for lawyers, in-house counsel, business managers, executives and entrepreneurs, the programme connects law, business, diplomacy and technology through practical, internationally focused training.

Key areas will include international contracts and negotiation, due diligence, compliance and sanctions, market entry, cross-border risk management, dispute resolution, business diplomacy and the responsible use of technology and AI.

The programme will combine expert-led seminars, practical workshops and case studies, delivered online, in person or in hybrid format. Tailored programmes may also be developed for companies, universities, bar associations, chambers of commerce and public institutions.
