Publication of the Mexico Law and Business Paper as part of the ‘Think Global, Go Global’ Programme
On 18 November, BE-NEXEL, together with its partners HCLA and Knowleds OÜ, formally presented the Mexico: Legal and Economic Landscape – Opportunities, Challenges, and Strategic Insights Paper at a ceremony in Brussels.
The event was honoured by the presence of His Excellency Rogelio Granguillhome Morfín, Ambassador of Mexico to Belgium & Luxembourg and Mission of Mexico to the European Union, whose participation underscored the value of continued dialogue and cooperation in strengthening international engagement with Mexico. BE-NEXEL extends its appreciation to all contributors whose expertise and dedication shaped the quality of this publication.
This Paper forms part of BE-NEXEL’s Think Global, Go Global initiative, which integrates legal analysis with business intelligence in cooperation with professional organisations, diplomatic missions, and academic partners worldwide. The programme provides decision-makers with jurisdiction-specific insights to support strategic planning in cross-border legal and commercial activities.
The publication offers a clear reference point for businesses, investors, and legal practitioners assessing Mexico as a strategic market. It reviews the country’s foreign investment landscape, trade and regulatory frameworks, corporate taxation, and dispute-resolution mechanisms, while highlighting emerging opportunities across key sectors. The analysis is grounded in verified public sources and aligned with international standards.
