HCLA and BE-NEXEL will host an online webinar titled Arbitration in a Cross-Regional Context: Perspectives on Procedure and Advocacy from MENA, Central Asia and the EU” on 16 December 2025 at 10:30 CET, as part of the Think Global, Go Global (TGG) initiative.

As cross-border commercial activity expands across these regions, effective and credible dispute-resolution mechanisms remain essential. This session will examine procedural and advocacy-related issues in international arbitration from a comparative perspective, addressing common challenges and identifying practical solutions adopted in leading jurisdictions.
