Law, Business and Diplomacy: Executive Training for Lawyers and Business Managers.

BE-NEXEL, together with HCLA, continues to strengthen its flagship Think Global, Go Global (TGG) educational platform through the development of a high-level Law, Business and Diplomacy course. The programme is being shaped in collaboration with respected international partners, including academic institutions in the European Union, and is designed for internationally oriented practitioners, executives, and decision-makers.

As part of this ongoing development, BE-NEXEL and HCLA have initiated collaboration with Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) within the framework of the Brussels Diplomatic Academy (BDA). This cooperation establishes a foundation for joint initiatives in areas such as international affairs, international business, diplomacy, business and legal education, executive training programmes, conferences, and related academic activities.

The initiative builds on the longstanding collaboration between BE-NEXEL and HCLA in organising courses, training programmes, and international educational initiatives. Through the TGG platform, the two organisations have developed a practical framework that brings together legal analysis, commercial strategy, and diplomatic perspective, reflecting the realities of international business and institutional engagement.

The Law, Business and Diplomacy course is intended for lawyers, business managers, executives, entrepreneurs, diplomats, government officials, and graduate-level participants seeking a stronger understanding of how law and business interact across borders.

The programme is designed to address the increasing need for professionals to combine legal precision with business judgment and international awareness. Its content is expected to cover areas such as strategic negotiation, business diplomacy, international contracts, due diligence, compliance, sanctions, dispute resolution, ESG, technology, and cross-border risk management. The programme model combines online and in-person learning through seminars, workshops, and case studies led by experienced practitioners and academics.

For BE_NEXEL, the initiative reflects a continued commitment to legal education that is rigorous, internationally relevant, and practically oriented.
